Favorite Muffin

In honor of the impending warm weather, I just made ginger peach muffins with last seasons frozen peaches and they are so yummy. Defnitely a cookbook keeper. I'm not so into this gigantic muffin trend, I mean the trend of making muffins gigantic and sweet, like a big chunk of cake. Don't get me wrong, I love big chunks of cake, but sometimes you just want a crumbly, warm, not to sweet muffin to go with your tea. I like to mix all the ingredients the night before so that you can just mix the wet and dry the next morning and have warm muffins by the time your hair is done. If you do your hair that is. So what's your favorite muffin? Besides blueberry that is.
