I wish I had the time to write a whole thing about vegan Passover recipes, instead I'll just update from time to time with little hints and tips as I think of them.
Todays passover tip: You can make a pressed pie crust for any fruit pie by replacing the cookie crumbs with matzoh meal. For the best results, use fresh whole matzoh and grind it into crumbs in a food processor. I'm sure everyone has a graham cracker crust recipe hanging around, go ahead and matzohsize it.
