Forget about images of puss-eyed cows and infected chicken beaks, the way to the altruistic gene is through the stomache. Check out the Is My Blog Burning's [1] latest round up hosted by becksnposh [2]: “I Can't Believe I Ate Vegan”. It has gone above and beyond and reasonable person's expectations to deliver fantastic looking vegan dishes that could make Ted Nugent's sexist fucked up mouth water.

Crispy Potato Cake topped with Caramlized Shallots with Horseradish Cream served on top of a Sherry Vinaigrette Salad of Beets, Apples and Walnuts [3]

Cous Cous Inari [4]

Miso-Curry Marinated Portabello and Sesame Crusted Tofu Layers [5]

Carrot Cashew-Cream Pasta [6]

Butternut Squash Risotto with Broiled Portobello and Saute of Hon Shimeji Mushrooms [7]

And here is the chocolate ice cream and coconut whipped cream [8] from bunnyfoot pictured to the right, it's from the PPK ice cream recipe.
