If you have Vegan with a Vengeance, the Fig Not-In doubles wonderfully as Hamantaschen dough. As caught on camera by ijustdiedinside at the PPK forums.

    would you mind posting the recipe for the dough?! i JUST came across this post suggesting this recipe for hamantaschen and seeing as purim is this weekend, i don’t know if i’ll have time to get out and buy the book before then. i’ve tried a few other recipes and they’re always too oily and don’t stay together, i’m sure yours would be perfect. thank you!!
