Buckwheat Blini with Mushroom Gravy

I must really be longing for Mother Russia. The beets, the blinis. Next there will be some sort of gelled tofu if I don't watch out.

PS If you've ever been to a Russian restaurant in Brooklyn you will know from the gel food of which I speak.
