Congrats! It’s a great book – I’ve even persuaded non-vegans to buy it!

hi, i saw some of the pictures, and i have to say those cupcakes look delicious, only one problem…I live in The Netherlands, so i checked a store and i can order a copy of the book. but is there anyone who can tell me if the ingredients to use are typical american brands, because then i would have the book, but i could not make anything.

    Lotte -
We don’t really use anything that is particularly American, most of the cupcakes are flour, cocoa, vanilla and other extracts, sugar, oil, soymilk, etc. For the frostings you might have trouble finding non-hydrogenated margarine and shortening.

Just got your book for my daughter (granddaughter dairy-free). Can cupcake recipes be used for one cake?
