Bookeating and Cupcake Signing

This video is from May. Josh, the magazine mogul from Herbivore (as if everyone doesn’t know who Josh is*) filmed it and I guess edited it, too, but I use that term lightly.

I was in Portland signing Vegan with a Vengeance and handing out cupcakes at Food Fight. At about a minute thirty the cupcakes kick in.

    have you ever thought about trying to calculate the number of cupcakes you’ve baked in your lifetime? or at least since the idea of this book came about?

    I bought my copy from Food Fight last week during our Oregon holiday and read it on the plane home to England, can’t wait to get baking, thanks for writing such a great book!
