Colleen Patrick-Goudreau of Compassionate Cooks and the Vegetarian Food For Thought ^[1] podcast has written a virtual bildungsroman of vegan baking – The Vegan Joy of Baking! I tried a few things last weekend and the coffee cake knocked my socks off, but who needs socks when we have vegan baking? You can try some recipes ^[2] here and also preorder it on Amazon ^[3].
