There were so many heartbreaking talent show stories, but sweetshop’s had all the elements of a compelling tragedy.

Plus, it made me laugh. I’m also going to give it up for Mel’s man Shane for being an outspoken budding vegan in 1987.

Thanks for all the stories, everyone! I think they were reward enough, no? No. I guess not. But there will be more contests so hold on to that humiliation for next time! Mel and Sweet, send me your addresses.

    Great points…I would be aware that as someone who really doesn’t remark to blogs a lot (actually, this can be my first publish), I don’t suppose the term “lurker” may be very flattering to a non-posting reader. It’s not your fault in any respect, but maybe the blogosphere may come up with a greater, non-creepy title for the 90% of us that take pleasure in reading the posts.
