    Thanks for the shout out, PPK! Cupcakes for the masses! To paraphrase what you said in Vegan with a Vengance, how can we expect to take back the White House if we won’t even bake our own cupcakes? These are chocolate-chocolate chip mint cupcakes with blue state frosting.

    I thought these were just great when I saw them posted in Food Porn, and the link to where the Obama action figure was even prompted me to go order one for my best friend!

    Recently bought three of your cookbooks and oh my goodness! Everything I’ve made is wonderful-the corn chowder from VWAV is the best I’ve ever eaten and I made it myself!!!! Just amazing now my local library is investigating ordering your books!! I praised you very highly.
