34) Vegan Fish Sauce


I got into this stuff when Terry came to Omaha to shoot the photos for Vegan Eats World. And it seems I’m not the only one! Stephanie Seabirds says “Add to any Thai soup and you become Michelin Star-worthy. I added it to my version of Tom-kha-hed and it was so delicious I drank most of the broth and didnt have enough for service. Whoops! Totally worth it.”
