41) Patric Chocolate’s PB&J OMG bar

Ignore the dude on the package — that’s creator Alan “Patric” McClure — because it’s embarrassing and this chocolate is the JAM. Literally. Well, kind-of. This bean-to-bar chocolate is made in Missouri — by a French guy who inexplicably lives in Missouri — and claims to be “better than fair-trade”. It only has five ingredients — cacao, cane sugar, natural peanut butter, cocoa butter, and sea salt — but weirdly tastes like berry jelly, too. I don’t know, this candy bar is magic, it’s smooth and special — so special that I can get past Alan “Patric” McClure’s soul patch on the packaging. See? Impressive. (by Laura)
