When we asked what recipes from this year stood out, a lot of people responded with “Butternut Alfredo!”  It’s become an instant favorite to many people.  Cara says, “I think it is just the richest, most incredibly unvegan tasting lasagna ever. I served it at a work potluck, and the other meaty, cheesy lasagna didn’t get scarfed the way mine did. People who came in late were just told it was great, not that it was vegan! It’s now the top of my list of meals to serve to omnis–I really think this one is foolproof. (also amazing as shells or cannelloni)”
