OK what is with that stuff? How? It is unfair that the rest of the world does not know how to make this popcorn tofu — flakey, crunchy layers of breading and batter and tofu and herbs and spices and, what’s that? It comes in buffalo, as well? GTFO!!!!!  ::knocks the chef off a bench by accident::
