I think this may be my favorite new blog name!  A Profound Hatred of Meat is the food blog of Carly, a pastry chef from Portland.  You would think that someone who works with food all day might not want to come home and go through the process of cooking blog-worthy meals, photographing them, and so on, but she does!  From healthy meals to stand-out desserts like this Strawberry Balsamic Semifreddo with Pink Peppercorns and Smoked Salt,  Carly is a prolific blogger with a lot of creativity that is worth adding to your feed reader.  (by Katie)
