We got a few suggestions for this one, and it’s obvious why!  Allyson took purple yams and made them into a beautiful, vibrant ice cream.  Artificial colors need not apply.  She also drops some knowledge on the difference between a yam and a sweet potato, if you want to learn some food trivia.
