99) Re-purposing Non-Vegan Kitchen Utensils
While looking for a photo of seeds being crushed in a garlic press, I came across this tip of using a turkey baster to make fancy pancake shapes. Just because you go vegan doesn’t mean you need to toss out things that are usually used for animal products – for example, I started using my egg slicer for mushrooms and strawberries. You can also use a meat tenderizer to help flatten seitan into flat sheets for roulade. (by Katie)
