Merry Christmas Eve everyone! I am in the middle of making the I-40 Kitchen dinner rolls for Christmas dinner tomorrow, and I can't find my notes on them. I am at the point of rolling out the dough. How flat should I roll it and about how many rolls should I get with this recipe? Also, what size pan should I use? I have a rectangle glass pan (about the size of a lasagna pan) and a square 8x8" pan. Thanks ppk!

8 x 8 pan. Johnp said there should be slightly more than will fit in the pan.
I roll tomorrow.
