My awesome brother got me Asian Tofu, a press, gypsum, and soybeans! I am so excited. My mom and i used to have so much fun making cheese together. I miss that, but now i get to replace it with tasty homemade tofu goodness. Has anyone here made tofu before? Any advice or tips?

Homemade is the best! I used to make it many years ago and then got too busy and lazy. It's pretty hard to mess it up, and as a bonus, you'll have lots of okara to figure out how to use. It's good in burgers and loaves, or you can even add it in to homemade bread.
