Yes we can (har har), but sometimes we’re lazy or busy or just don’t feel like it. Refrigerator pickles are simply that! Cucumbers in a jar with a bunch of pickle stuff and then left there in the fridge for you to steal when you want, or throw another cucumber in when you’ve got them.
