That’s double zero flour to you. Or dopio zero if you want to sound supercool (or like a jerk, depending on how you look at it.) Powder ground flour that is perfect for pizza and pastas. Is that the secret to Aaron Adams gnocchi (Item #16)? Aaron found a local (to him) source for his 00 flour that he’s loving. “Central Milling out of Utah!  They source their amazing flours from Oregon and Washington, and I am so happy to be using a “00″ flour from Eastern Oregon that is organic.”
